Skylife에서는 고객 상담 편의를 위해 보이는 ARS 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다.
● 안드로이드(Android) 폰 사용 고객
① 최초 이용 시에는 구글플레이스토어에서 “보이는 ARS” 앱을 설치하셔야 합니다.
② 앱 설치 완료 후 실행하여 “알림 설정” 과 “보는 ARS 이용 동의 여부”에 동의해주세요.
③ 다시 대표번호(1588-3002)로 전화하시면 안내 멘트 이후 보이는 ARS 서비스 배너가 핸드폰 화면 상단에 팝업됩니다.
④ 배너를 클릭하시면 보이는 ARS 서비스 화면으로 이동됩니다. (배너를 선택하지 않으면 일반 음성 ARS로 자동 전환됩니다.)
● 아이폰(ios) 폰 사용 고객
① 최초 이용 시에는 앱스토어에서 “보는 ARS” 앱을 설치하셔야 합니다.
② 앱 설치 완료 후 실행하여 “알림 설정” 과 “보는 ARS 이용 동의 여부”에 동의해주세요.

eSIM is the Sim card that functions as USIM. Unlike USIM, you can use eSIM by downloading the mobile Profile on your phone, scanning QR code without purchasing USIM.

After the reception is completed, the QR code will be sent by email or text message. You can download eSIM by scanning the QR code with the device. After the eSIM is activated, it will be charged ￦2,750 (including VAT)

The devices released after iPhone XS model (Apple), and Galaxy Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 models are capable of being applied.
